Passport Software, Inc. has three distinct audiences that it wishes to communicate with on their Web site; prospective users, current users and their strategic sales partners across the nation.

The XBX Content Management System with its ability to display pages with differing permissions based content depending on a user's access was the ideal system to handle their complex needs. Also important to Passport was the need to project a new forward looking and organized image as they are soon to be rolling out a new GUI version of their tried and true accounting package. While their software has been hearalded for it's bookkeeping accuracy and abilities, it was critical that Passport present their future vision.

XBX worked closely with Passport's designer and customized the module display system to achieve the look they wanted. While XBX offers design capabilities, we are pleased to collaborate with your team in any way that will create a successful outcome. It this case, through the hard work of Passport's content team, the end result is a showcase of stellar site design.

To communicate with their sales partners and users, XBX also created a registration system that would also populate the user database of a customized version of the popular ASP.NET FORUMS by Jitbit Software.

A special note of thanks to Paul Erbe of Passport Software. Paul was with the second company that XBX ever developed a site for back in Spring 1995. Through his migration to another company, their redesign and then merger with another company, his recommendations, and now through Passport, Paul has personally been involved or recommended XBX for six major projects through fruition.
