XBX is a full service Web Technology partner. We offer a complete range of services to ensure your project is a success. While XBX can handle any and all areas of your Web site creation and deployment, we will also gladly work with members of your team or additional vendors as needed. Our sole objective is help our clients produce and maintain a successful Web presence.

Consultation
XBX has been building Web Technology and creating content for the Web as long as virtually any company could. We were there early on and are one of the few remaining continuously operated Web Technology firms in the Chicagoland area. Throughout our years we have had the great fortune to meet and work with some of the brightest minds in the business community from "C Level" Fortune 500 personnel to visonary entrepreneurs. We have been deeply involved in formulating Web Solutions for everything from toy design to emergency food recall systems to selling moments in time. Graphic Design
XBX offers a high level of design capability and can handle all your web related design needs including logo development if desired.

Project Management
XBX will be your partner in seeing the job through to completion. We are happy to meet on a regular basis either in person or virtually. We will take our cues on how hard you want us to push your development team in supplying content. We also understand that developing your Web project is not always your top priority but will strive to help you complete the project in the fastest time possible so you can start receiving the benefits of your new site as soon as possible.

Software
A successful project starts with a strong foundation. The XBX Content Management Sytem is the ideal foundation for all projects large and small. An appropriate license fee based on your needs will get you access to complete control of your Web enviornment. XBX has a full range of different modules already built that can be included in your site or we can readily create or customize modules to meet your exact requirements.

Implementation
Most clients select XBX to format their content for the initial launch of their Web project. Supply us with the wording and imagery you want in the site and we will assemble your entire site in the XBX Content Management System. If you prefer to limit expenses, XBX can just create a skeleton of the site and you can have your own personnel populate the site after only a couple hours of training.

Training
XBX offers training on how to use the XBX Content Management System. For best results, we suggest a two hour session after which the participants should practice what they have learned. A follow up session can be included if needed but usually is not necessary. We are also available to answer specific questions via email or phone during business hours.

Hosting
XBX partners with Rackspace® to co-locate our server. Rackspace is known for their "fanatical service" and has been a valued strategic partner for many years now. Our hosting packages include nightly network back-up (including SQL data) to ensure that should an emergency arise, we can always restore your site to the status it was at any day over the last two weeks. Rackspace has redundent connections with the Internet and operates a state of the art biometrically secured facility.

Custom Development
Often projects require the modification of current XBX modules or the creation of completely new software to meet your organization's business requirements. Since XBX programmed our content mangement system we can modify or add modules to exactly match your needs. Many of the XBX Content Management System's modules came out of custom projects for clients. We are experts in converting your ideas into working solutions.
